The role supports automotive, aeronautical, and industrial customers, requires substantial sales experience, and involves 40%–50% travel.

The National Development Manager generates and qualifies national-account leads through nurturing, BANT assessment, high-volume calling, prospect education, and appointment setting. The role passes sales-qualified leads to field representatives, identifies customer pain points, promotes Ryder transportation solutions, and supports revenue growth. Success requires meeting quotas, managing sales activities, researching prospects, communicating with C-level customers, and maintaining strong internal and external relationships. The position is fully remote and includes a $50,000 base salary plus commission.

Design and develop eLearning and other instructional resources (video, microlearning, QRGs) for enterprise audiences. Create course outlines, scripts, storyboards, and apply evidence-based learning methodologies. Collaborate with SMEs, use Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe tools, and manage projects to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
