Manages logistics startup operations for new dedicated transportation solutions, including driver and manager training, system implementation, process development, compliance tracking, customer billing, and operational support. Provides leadership during startup phases, resolves issues, ensures adherence to critical success factors, and supports process documentation and system testing. The role requires extensive travel of approximately 75–80% nationwide.

Leads financial analysis, planning, reporting, forecasting, and data mining for assigned business segments. Manages monthly close activities, P&L reviews, accruals, reconciliations, journal entries, audits, and financial modeling. Partners with Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT, and Sales to identify financial drivers and present insights to leadership. Oversees projects, coaches junior professionals, and supports effective financial controls.
