Responsible for new-logo business development for Ryder FMS products (Choicelease/SelectCare). Execute a go-to-market strategy using Salesforce and Seismic, prioritize digital/tele-marketing with selective in-person meetings, build and manage a sales pipeline to meet quotas, collaborate with internal teams to transition and grow accounts, maintain CRM and administrative sales tasks, and continually develop sales skills and product knowledge. Must be based at a Ryder location.

Manage assigned accounts and expand customer use of Ryder services (leases, maintenance, fleet management). Build relationships with customer stakeholders, ensure contracted services deliver, monitor satisfaction, conduct account reviews, analyze financial data to recommend solutions, mentor sales staff, and drive sales growth using the Ryder Sales Process.

Lead financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close activities for the ChoiceLease product line. Consolidate and analyze financial data, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, produce ad-hoc reports, present results to senior leadership, and provide actionable recommendations to support planning and decision-making.
