The role develops field and office operations knowledge while working primarily at a construction project site. Responsibilities also include applying estimating, cost control, material pricing, drawing interpretation, contract, purchase order, and cost-coding knowledge.

Manage commercial construction projects ($1M–$30M+): administer budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontract procurement, jobsite coordination, permitting, quality plans, and closeout. Lead project teams, support sales/design development, prepare reports, and use MS Project and construction management tools.

Support capitalization and disposition of Ryan-owned development projects by leading underwriting, financial modeling (including waterfalls and JV structures), valuation and feasibility analysis. Manage funding and sale processes, work with capital providers and brokers, produce offering materials, provide cap rate guidance, mentor analysts, and coordinate with asset and portfolio management. Occasional overnight travel required.

Oversee Ryan's quality program for data centers by managing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring project compliance with standards.
