Lead failure investigations, CAPA, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), change control, and continuous improvement using FMEA/SPC/DOE. Author and maintain quality system documentation, support audits, mentor junior staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve process capability and product quality.

Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, develop recruitment and employer branding strategies, own executive and high-volume searches, optimize ATS and processes, track recruitment metrics, ensure compliance, and partner with finance and agencies to meet hiring goals.
