Manage the full equipment lifecycle and calibration/PM program: intake, ID assignment, scheduling, event tracking (OOT/PM/unplanned), documentation filing, field equipment coordination, audit support, and cross-functional compliance with ISO and FDA quality requirements.

Ensure product safety and regulatory compliance across design, manufacturing, and post-market processes. Lead failure investigations, CAPA, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), change control, and continuous improvement using FMEA/SPC/DOE. Author and maintain quality system documentation, support audits, mentor junior staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve process capability and product quality.

Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, develop recruitment and employer branding strategies, own executive and high-volume searches, optimize ATS and processes, track recruitment metrics, ensure compliance, and partner with finance and agencies to meet hiring goals.

Support execution of commercial marketing programs for an ophthalmic medical device, coordinating development and distribution of sales enablement materials, campaign activities, events, and marketing assets. Partner with Sales, Professional Education, Clinical, and external vendors to manage project timelines, track campaign performance, ensure regulatory/compliance alignment, and provide operational and administrative support to drive product adoption and customer engagement.
