Manages digital marketing operations across email, SMS, social media, and creative workflows. Builds and monitors Braze and Twilio campaigns, oversees vendors, maintains data quality, schedules social content, coordinates creative approvals, reports performance, and supports digital campaigns. The role also improves processes through AI automation, testing, segmentation, and data-driven optimization while collaborating across Brand, Creative, Analytics, and Performance Marketing teams.

Owns the end-to-end data platform, including Snowflake infrastructure, ingestion pipelines, Airflow orchestration, dbt transformations, governed gold-layer models, and metric definitions. Ensures reliability, performance, testing, documentation, governance, and CI/CD standards. Builds data systems from scratch, partners with analytics stakeholders, and uses AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering work. Requires strong SQL, platform ownership, software engineering practices, and experience with Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt.

Own end-to-end data architecture, including ingestion, ETL, transformation, extracts, reporting, and dashboards. Lead DevOps and infrastructure for AI engineering systems, establish platform standards, and build reliable production infrastructure. Write and ship code, mentor engineers, and hire and lead a growing data and platform team. Partner with leadership to align architecture and platform investments with product, research, and business priorities.

Leads pharmacy partner relations, retention, satisfaction, and organic growth across retail, mail, and specialty pharmacy accounts. Establishes scalable engagement models, strengthens executive relationships, promotes RxSense solutions, identifies account expansion opportunities, and leads account and relationship managers. Partners cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, underwriting, pricing, and contracting teams while channeling partner feedback into the product roadmap.

Architect and build AI-native production systems across a multi-language stack, design offline and online evaluation frameworks for LLMs, monitor live model behavior and drift, lead architecture reviews, mentor senior engineers, and prototype and ship AI capabilities while ensuring reliability and correctness in a regulated domain.
