Leads social clipping strategy and execution for TV and movie content. Reviews and improves junior editor output, manages high-volume production queues, develops AI clipping workflow SOPs, operates clipping tools, coordinates asset handoffs, and trains editors on platform-specific quality standards. Provides hands-on editorial direction and produces clips for complex briefs or volume spikes across Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X.

Creates motion graphics, animation, typography, style frames, UI, and marketing creative for movies, television, streaming platforms, trailers, social content, and brand campaigns. Collaborates with editors, directors, producers, and project managers to translate campaign goals into branded creative, manage schedules and budgets, and deliver multiple projects under tight deadlines. The role is onsite in Culver City, California, for a four-month contract.

Leads the social clipping function by translating briefs into clip assignments, managing high-volume production workflows, reviewing junior editors’ work, and providing creative direction. Operates and optimizes AI-powered clipping tools, develops SOPs and quality rubrics, coordinates asset handoffs, and trains and coaches social editors. Produces clips directly when needed while ensuring platform fit, strong pacing, compelling hooks, and alignment with social strategy across major short-form platforms.
