Own the Oracle database protection and recovery product roadmap, including RAC, Exadata, Data Guard, on-premises, and cloud environments. Engage enterprise customers, translate escalations and usage data into product requirements, lead cross-database initiatives, support launches, train sales engineers, and drive adoption. Partner with engineering, support, sales, Oracle, and other partners to improve recovery speed, reliability, and cyber resilience.

Manages complex commercial deal structures across Sales, Finance, and Legal. Designs pricing and contract models, evaluates profitability and revenue recognition impacts, negotiates nonstandard terms, governs deal approvals, improves quote-to-cash processes using CRM and CPQ systems, reports deal analytics to executives, and mentors sales and Deal Desk teams.

Manage day-to-day execution of Rubrik’s cybersecurity risk management program. Responsibilities include coordinating risk assessments, maintaining the risk register, tracking remediation, supporting governance and acceptance reviews, producing leadership dashboards, mapping controls to security frameworks, and improving GRC tooling and workflows. The role partners with Security, Engineering, Product, IT, Legal, Procurement, and Finance to drive risk initiatives, communicate business impact, and deliver measurable outcomes.
