Manages Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include project planning, team assembly, scheduling, budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, stakeholder communication, risk and issue management, SDLC adherence, and delivery oversight. The role leads technical teams, manages CRM implementations within scope and budget, coordinates resources and deliverables, and drives organizational change while maintaining strong business and stakeholder relationships.

Execute and lead assurance engagements for lending clients: plan and perform audits, test controls, prepare financial statements, review workpapers, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with US GAAP/GAAS while managing multiple priorities and client communication.
