Teams at Routeware, Inc.

Provides escalation-level technical support for Routeware’s waste-management platforms. Investigates data integrity issues using SQL Server and MySQL, develops reports, identifies root causes, troubleshoots fleet hardware and software integrations, documents escalations in Jira, and maintains internal investigation tools and references.

Generates accurate customer invoices, resolves billing disputes, maintains accounting records, posts general ledger entries, reconciles accounts, supports monthly close and financial reporting, documents controls, and assists with audits, tax support, acquisitions, and financial analysis. The role also collaborates across departments to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

The Product Manager will oversee roadmap execution for customer engagement, ensuring a positive user experience while collaborating with engineering teams to integrate AI features and track product success metrics.
