Conduct thorough investigations of suspected auto insurance fraud, including document review, interviews, vendor coordination, Examinations Under Oath, and court testimony. Mentor junior investigators, advise claims team on fraud issues, contribute to SIU best practices, and support state fraud compliance and process improvements.

Lead partner analytics by building scalable dashboards, forecasting and ROI models, and experimental designs to evaluate and optimize partner performance. Collaborate with Product, BD, Marketing, and Data Engineering to improve pipelines, translate insights into recommendations, and mentor analysts to scale partner growth.

Own and scale Root's largest enterprise partnerships (OEMs, financial institutions, dealer groups). Drive account strategy, manage a $100M+ pipeline, identify and close new business, lead executive negotiations and contract execution, coordinate cross-functional launches, monitor partnership health, and influence product and commercial strategy to deliver growth.
