Senior People Partner serving as a strategic advisor to business and executive leaders. The role owns employee relations, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, engagement, DEI, and manager coaching. This position investigates complex workplace concerns, develops HR policies, analyzes people data, and aligns talent strategies with business objectives. It is remote-first, with hybrid work for employees based in San Francisco.

Leads Roo’s major brand campaigns, product and company launches, thought leadership, PR, and partner marketing initiatives. Owns campaign strategy, storytelling, channel planning, cross-functional execution, brand research, measurement, budgets, and agency relationships. Builds awareness and credibility among veterinary professionals and animal hospitals while adapting campaigns for new markets. Partners with PR agencies and internal teams to develop earned media, sponsored content, industry presence, and executive and customer thought leadership.

Leads high-priority product initiatives across marketplace growth, onboarding, activation, bookings, incentives, and retention. Owns strategy, north-star metrics, experimentation, instrumentation, and measurable business outcomes. Partners with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, operations, and business leadership to build scalable experiences for veterinary professionals and hospitals. The role is remote, with occasional travel to San Francisco.
