Design and maintain Workato or iPaaS automations connecting ChargeBee with Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. Lead cross-functional implementations, requirements gathering, data mapping, testing, change management, monitoring, reconciliation, documentation, and architectural decisions. Mentor analysts and advise stakeholders on business systems design and automation.
