Teams at Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI)

Leads prospect research, prospect qualification, fundraising pipeline management, and new business development across individual, foundation, corporate, and public-sector revenue streams. Maintains Salesforce prospect and pipeline data, conducts capacity and relationship analysis, improves reporting and workflows, evaluates AI and automation tools, and trains colleagues on research standards and data practices. Partners with development and program teams to prioritize opportunities, track follow-up, and strengthen fundraising decisions.

Supports climate technology startups with fundraising strategies, investor connections, and diverse capital solutions. Builds relationships across venture, debt, project finance, non-dilutive, and catalytic capital providers; advises founders on financing pathways; tracks portfolio capital needs; and helps design, structure, fund, and implement new investment vehicles and partnerships.
