Architects and evolves enterprise-scale batch, real-time, and event-driven data platforms and pipelines. Leads data modeling, distributed processing, data quality, governance, observability, CI/CD, security, monitoring, incident response, and cost optimization. Provides technical direction across hybrid cloud environments, mentors engineers, leads critical initiatives and code reviews, manages technical debt, evaluates new technologies, and partners with business and technical stakeholders. Participates in on-call rotations and supports distributed and offshore engineering teams.

Work as an independent contractor showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections on a flexible schedule. Earn flat-rate payments per field event without handling contracts or closings. Requires state real estate license, MLS/Realtor membership, smartphone/laptop/GPS, and reliable transportation.

Manage advanced default/foreclosure pipelines by coordinating with law firms, title companies, and internal teams to obtain documents, resolve impediments, escalate issues, follow investor and regulatory guidelines, meet production and quality metrics, and identify trends and solutions to mitigate foreclosure risk.
