Leads Rocket Software’s global growth marketing organization, setting strategy and accountability for pipeline, bookings, expansion, and revenue. Oversees ABM, analytics, performance, insights, and MarTech through senior functional leaders; partners with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations on enterprise go-to-market initiatives. Drives AI adoption, agent-enabled marketing workflows, buyer intelligence, personalization, performance measurement, and investment decisions while advising executives and developing a globally distributed organization.

Manage strategic customer accounts as a trusted advisor, driving product adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and expansion. Develop success plans, monitor customer health in Gainsight, mitigate risks, lead escalations, conduct executive business reviews, and advocate for customer needs. Collaborate with Sales, Services, Support, Product, Engineering, and Marketing while mentoring peers and improving Customer Success practices. Rocket Mobius experience is strongly preferred.

Lead Vertica product management: define vision and roadmap, build product operating model, drive customer discovery and design-led development, align cross-functional teams, support GTM, and represent the product externally to analysts and customers to drive revenue and market position.
