Lead full‑funnel experimentation across organic search and direct channels, designing and running A/B, multivariate, and time‑based tests to improve SEO and AI Search performance. Partner with SEO, content, product, and engineering teams to identify opportunities, build experiments in platforms like Optimizely and Amplitude, analyze long‑term impact on organic performance, mentor junior team members, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.

Manage advanced default/foreclosure pipelines by coordinating with law firms, title companies, and internal teams; access ICE/Desktop, FileNet and servicing systems; resolve escalations, follow investor guidelines, meet production and quality metrics, analyze trends, and support loan-level resolution strategies.
