As a Payload Integration Engineer II, you'll perform hands-on integration activities, coordinate with management during launches, verify interface documentation, and support customer inquiries while traveling to launch sites.

Own design, analysis (FEA, STOP, thermal-elastic), tolerance and alignment approaches, vendor coordination, assembly, environmental test, and qualification. Mentor junior engineers and establish design standards for manufacturable, testable, and stable opto-mechanical hardware.

The Senior Spacecraft Operations Engineer I manages satellite health and performance, supports mission phases, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and develops ground and flight software.

Support spacecraft systems engineering: develop and maintain technical budgets, requirements, simulations, test methods, and data analysis; lead technical development, work hands-on with flight hardware, assist program/product management, and create interface specs and CONOPS.

Design and develop lightweight satellite systems, mechanisms, and bus configurations from concept through production. The Senior IT Network Engineer II is responsible for designing, implementing, and operating network infrastructures for various Rocket Lab operations, ensuring compliance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
