Owns end-to-end hiring for Sales Development Representatives and other sales roles. Conducts structured phone screens and behavioral interviews, partners with sales leadership on candidate profiles and sourcing, analyzes recruiting, turnover, and performance metrics, improves hiring-funnel efficiency, and develops bias-mitigating selection methods. The role influences hiring decisions, coaches stakeholders, and supports high-performing, diverse sales teams.

Analyzes customer, vendor, market, and industry data to identify savings opportunities, project costs and revenues, and improve account profitability. Builds financial models in Excel and Google Sheets, supports Sales and Operations, engages vendors, monitors market trends, maintains data integrity, and prepares quarterly reporting. The role manages multiple accounts, communicates cross-functionally, and contributes to process improvements and pricing strategy.

Lead and mentor the platform engineering team to design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure and tools. Collaborate with product and engineering leadership on technical roadmaps, implement Dev(Sec)Ops best practices (CI/CD, PR reviews, cloud platform management), debug complex issues, and drive hiring and process improvements to support web application infrastructure at scale.
