Drive new customer sales for cybersecurity, governance, risk, and compliance advisory services. Qualify partner-referred opportunities, conduct consultative discovery, develop proposals and Statements of Work, manage forecasts and CRM records, and coordinate with sales, delivery, and legal teams. Participate in project kickoffs, support project execution, and serve as the customer point of contact while identifying additional service opportunities.

Lead M&A tax advisory engagements, performing tax due diligence, analyzing federal and state transaction implications, advising on acquisition structuring and integration, and resolving complex client issues. Manage client relationships, lead and develop consulting teams, support practice strategy and brand growth, and identify opportunities for revenue expansion and service development.

Partners with firm leaders and employees to deliver strategic HR programs across a global workforce. Advises on performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, employee relations, investigations, compensation, compliance, organizational change, and retention. Uses people data and business metrics to guide decisions, maintains HR transactions in Workday, supports audits and policy development, and improves scalable HR processes. Coaches leaders and collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning and Development, and other HR functions.
