Owns the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, renewals, negotiations, purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and invoice matching. Runs sourcing events, evaluates vendors, develops savings cases, and partners with Legal, Security, Privacy, IT, and Finance. Uses AI for contract analysis, research, communications, and workflow optimization while verifying outputs. The role also improves procurement processes, tracks cycle time and savings, manages request pipelines, and enables stakeholders through training and playbooks.

Administers initiative intake, maintains the portfolio system of record, produces executive reporting, tracks milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, and prepares governance materials. The role supports prioritization and resourcing decisions through KPI analysis, status reporting, decision logs, and operating cadence management. It also improves reporting workflows through automation and AI tools while ensuring portfolio data remains accurate and current.

Provides Tier 1 and 2 software support through portal, email, phone, and chat. Documents issues, communicates proactively with clients, escalates technical problems to Engineering, maintains knowledge resources, identifies support trends, and participates in on-call coverage. The role also supports performance goals, workload management, special projects, and team enablement by mentoring new members and assisting Level 1 agents.
