Architect and operate data pipelines, feature stores, and production ML systems; deploy, monitor, and automate models; run experimentation programing and measure business outcomes. Mentor team members and set technical standards across Product, Engineering, and CX.

Owns day-to-day integrated marketing execution and full-funnel performance for university partners. Manages campaigns, approvals, launches, performance reporting, optimization, testing, partner communications, brand compliance, and marketing budgets. Leads cross-functional initiatives, supports strategic planning and escalations, provides guidance to junior team members, and applies partner-specific research and insights to improve leads, applications, enrollments, and retention.

Build, configure, test, deploy, and optimize lifecycle marketing automation workflows. Configure audiences, personalization, segmentation, and engagement logic; perform quality assurance; monitor performance; troubleshoot issues; maintain documentation; and collaborate with marketing, automation, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, personalized student engagement.
