Teams at Riot Games

Lead a team of 5+ engineers building scalable game-platform services (game provisioning, data delivery, leaderboards). Manage hiring, onboarding, performance, and career growth. Own technical roadmap, design reviews, code reviews, and live service operations including on-call troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration to ensure reliability and scalability.

Design and implement stylized real-time VFX across gameplay and UI, integrate assets directly into game engines, optimize performance, prototype temporary FX, provide vendor feedback, and collaborate cross-discipline to establish the visual identity and workflows for an unpublished R&D product.

As a Senior Game Designer, you will enhance player experiences by designing and optimizing game rules, collaborating with teams on card mechanics, and mentoring junior designers.
