Owns global sales onboarding and seller readiness strategy, establishing role-based development journeys, proficiency standards, and performance measures. Identifies capability gaps and leads targeted learning, practice, coaching, reinforcement, and performance-support interventions. Partners with enablement teams and subject-matter experts, embeds Challenger and MEDDPICC methodologies, equips managers to coach effectively, applies AI-enabled technologies, and measures readiness, productivity, application, and business impact.
