Serve as an ambassador of the Maison, achieve monthly sales targets, develop and maintain client relationships using storytelling and product knowledge, support after-sales and ecommerce inquiries, assist with boutique operations, inventory, visual standards, and events to drive brand loyalty and sales.

Provide personalized luxury client service and sell watches, accessories and services to meet boutique targets. Build and maintain client relationships and CRM records, handle customer service, support boutique operations and visual merchandising, act as brand ambassador, and contribute to team KPIs through proactive clienteling and prospecting.

Lead and coach the boutique sales team to meet sales targets, develop client development and CRM strategies, prospect and retain high-value clients, ensure exceptional customer service and operational standards, and assist the Boutique Director with boutique management and strategic initiatives.
