Manage and execute vendor-managed inventory (VMI) agreements: monitor and replenish inventory, conduct onsite assessments, train on VMI processes, collaborate with sales and customers, prepare proposals/quotes, resolve billing and fulfillment issues, and identify opportunities to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.

Complete a structured Sales Trainee program to learn product knowledge, branch and warehouse operations, customer service, sales processes, quoting, order processing, and company systems. Rotate through branch roles, shadow sales calls, build customer relationships, and prepare to apply for a sales role upon successful program completion.

Manage complex customer projects end-to-end: place orders, track shipments, resolve OS&Ds, coordinate with sales/vendors, expedite backorders, provide quotations/requotes, ensure documentation and customer satisfaction, and mentor junior staff.
