Mentor and develop staff, ensure timely case management and compliance with deadlines, prepare clear client communications, handle complex pre-suit matters, and transition cases to litigation counsel as needed. In-office full-time role.

Lead media strategy and press outreach for a beauty and wellness brand. Own brand storytelling, press releases, paid print/digital coordination, influencer outreach, press events and activations, and coverage reporting while securing national, regional, trade, and lifestyle media coverage and collaborating cross-functionally.
