The Product Marketing Manager will lead go-to-market strategy, product launches, positioning, messaging, sales enablement, customer marketing, advocacy, and competitive intelligence for CPQ solutions. The role translates complex software capabilities into compelling narratives, supports upsell and expansion programs, develops customer references and case studies, partners with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, and uses AI and automation to improve marketing efficiency and outcomes.

Own the full sales cycle for AutoQuotes within the foodservice manufacturing industry, including prospecting, pipeline development, territory and account management, presentations, negotiations, and closing. Meet ARR and professional services quotas, maintain CRM data and forecasts, use AI tools to improve sales performance, and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Sales Enablement. Attend industry trade shows and engage C-suite stakeholders.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, modernization, and growth of Pipe-Flo’s legacy and next-generation cloud platforms. Drive customer discovery, cloud adoption, product delivery, pricing, packaging, retention, and AI-powered innovation. Collaborate with engineering, UX, customers, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes across the full product lifecycle.
