Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to define and deliver solutions. Manages system enhancement and integration projects end-to-end, from scoping and prioritization through testing, rollout, and documentation, while independently supporting a remote-first organization.

Own a portfolio of enterprise brand accounts, advising CMOs and senior marketers on consumer intelligence insights. Drive adoption, renewals, account expansion, QBRs, forecasting, and strategic account planning. Translate complex marketing challenges into actionable, data-backed recommendations, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. Represent Resonate at client meetings and industry events.

Leads technical discovery, solution design, RFP responses, demonstrations, pilots, proof-of-concepts, and data testing for enterprise marketing and media clients. Acts as a trusted advisor on data, privacy, identity, attribution, and activation, translating technical concepts into business decisions. Partners with Sales, Research, and Product teams while influencing platform enhancements and supporting client implementations.
