Lead QC teams and provide quality engineering support for manufacturing to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. Oversee inspections, nonconformance disposition, investigations, CAPAs, NPI activities, validation, audits, and continuous improvement while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet QDC KPIs and maintain QMS compliance (FDA QSR, GMP, ISO 13485, MDSAP). Mentor staff and drive process improvements and risk management.

Lead adoption and scaling of AI across supply chain: define roadmap, prioritize use cases, manage solution lifecycle from pilots to production, establish AI governance and playbooks, improve data readiness, drive stakeholder engagement, build community of practice, and measure business value.

The Global Trade Specialist ensures compliance with trade regulations for medical devices, manages customs processes, prepares audit materials, and supports compliance initiatives.
