Develops and implements commercial and event recycling and food-waste diversion programs. Conducts customer outreach, onsite visits, presentations, audits and waste characterization studies. Creates educational materials, analyzes outreach and tonnage data, compiles reports, pursues grants, coordinates with Operations on collection schedules, and represents the company at events and trade shows. Documents activities using company tracking tools and provides recommendations to improve recycling quality and service levels.

Provide administrative and technical support to operations: manage schedules, coordinate driver routes and dispatch, handle customer inquiries and complaints, maintain inventory and equipment, monitor/report waste and recycling data, ensure regulatory compliance, troubleshoot systems, process invoices, and generate KPI reports to support efficient waste-management operations.

Supervise hauling and collection operations across commercial, residential, roll-off and container services. Oversee drivers and helpers, enforce safety and regulatory compliance, optimize routes and productivity, manage customer issues, and develop staff to meet budget and operational goals.
