Leads quality engineering activities for manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, suppliers, and customers. Conducts investigations, root cause analysis, FMEA, CAPA, audits, process validation, equipment qualification, calibration oversight, statistical analysis, and complaint investigations. Develops quality plans and documentation, supports nonconformance disposition and continuous improvement, maintains QMS compliance, and serves as a liaison across internal teams, customers, and suppliers. Occasional travel may be required.

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary process and manufacturing engineering team to drive safety, quality, validation, process optimization, technology transfers, and capital projects. Support new product introductions, regulatory compliance (ISO/GMP), operational excellence (Lean/Six Sigma), and cross-functional collaboration to expand capacity and improve yield, productivity, and cost performance.

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. Build integrations with SAP/ERP and other enterprise systems via REST/SOAP, perform code reviews and testing, troubleshoot production issues, manage releases, and maintain technical documentation while partnering with stakeholders to improve CRM capabilities, data quality, and user adoption.
