Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary process and manufacturing engineering team to drive safety, quality, validation, process optimization, technology transfers, and capital projects. Support new product introductions, regulatory compliance (ISO/GMP), operational excellence (Lean/Six Sigma), and cross-functional collaboration to expand capacity and improve yield, productivity, and cost performance.

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. Build integrations with SAP/ERP and other enterprise systems via REST/SOAP, perform code reviews and testing, troubleshoot production issues, manage releases, and maintain technical documentation while partnering with stakeholders to improve CRM capabilities, data quality, and user adoption.

Drive revenue via lead generation, qualifying prospects, virtual product demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals for consumables/systems, maintain SFDC CRM, collaborate with field sales/marketing/tech support, and produce sales reports and analysis.
