The role involves managing complex VPP programs from concept to launch, coordinating across teams, defining success metrics, and maintaining operational documentation.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs across the VPP platform and consumer energy products. Build planning frameworks, manage dependencies and risks, drive roadmap sequencing and launch readiness, and ensure operational handoff. Act as a technical and operational partner to Engineering and Product while communicating clear tradeoffs and executive-level recommendations.
