Develops and executes reliability characterization, qualification, accelerated life testing, failure analysis, acceleration models, and mission-profile lifetime predictions for power semiconductor products. Investigates degradation mechanisms and reliability risks across device, process, design, and manufacturing teams. Provides technical guidance on new semiconductor technologies, publishes peer-reviewed technical work, presents at industry forums, and contributes to JEDEC, AEC, and other reliability standards organizations.

Owns and scales end-to-end quality strategy and test architecture across React frontends, GraphQL APIs, and PostgreSQL services. Designs unit, integration, and end-to-end testing with Vitest, Jest, and Playwright; optimizes CI/CD pipelines; analyzes regressions and incidents; and partners with product and engineering teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle. The role also uses analytics, feature flags, session replays, and AI-assisted workflows to improve test coverage and software reliability.

Owns strategic enterprise accounts and drives revenue growth through new business, upselling, renewals, and expansion. Leads executive sales cycles, complex contract negotiations, forecasting, pipeline management, onboarding alignment, and customer retention. The role requires quota attainment, Salesforce proficiency, executive communication, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship of sales team members. Travel may be required.
