Leads marketing operations strategy, systems, processes, and a team of specialists. Owns Marketo administration, Salesforce integration, marketing technology vendors, data governance, lead lifecycle management, attribution, chatbot optimization, and PLG/self-serve systems. Partners with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps leadership to improve funnel operations, reporting, compliance, and scalable execution across enterprise and self-serve motions.

Ensure reliability, availability, and performance of large-scale Altium cloud platforms. Responsibilities include improving observability, developing resilience frameworks, automating operations, managing infrastructure and capacity, supporting incident response, promoting Infrastructure as Code, collaborating with engineering teams, and participating in on-call rotations.

Own and evolve the end-to-end product analytics platform, including instrumentation, event collection, ingestion, raw data storage, data pipelines, analytical models, metrics, dashboards, quality monitoring, observability, lineage, and governance. Partner with software engineers to ensure analytics data is accurate, scalable, traceable, and reliable for business and product decision-making.

Own and grow a named portfolio of enterprise accounts, drive renewals and upsells, manage complex C-suite sales cycles, negotiate contracts, maintain forecasting and Salesforce pipeline, partner with Customer Success for onboarding and expansion, and mentor team members to achieve quota and retention targets.

The Senior QA Engineer will architect and implement quality strategies, build test infrastructures, and collaborate with teams to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Provides senior-level technical support and escalation management for complex Altium product issues in enterprise engineering environments. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, troubleshooting PCB design workflows, PLM and enterprise integrations, authentication systems, and cloud services; coordinating with R&D and product teams; documenting solutions; creating technical content; testing pre-release features; and mentoring support engineers. Requires deep expertise in PCB design or related domains, enterprise technologies, and Altium solutions.

Lead post-sale customer implementations of Altium Enterprise Solutions, guiding customers through engagement, deployment, training, and adoption. Serve as the primary implementation contact, manage project timelines, resolve escalations, and coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, Solution Architects, TAMs, and R&D. Build customer relationships, promote best practices, improve productivity, reduce churn, and support renewals and expansion.
