Perform and respond quickly to hotel maintenance service calls; complete daily work orders; maintain pools, filters, pumps, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and boiler systems; replace bulbs, ballasts and air filters; repair vacuums; adjust TVs/program boxes; and perform grounds and parking area cleanup.

Lead on-property HR strategy and operations for a hotel, overseeing labor relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, leadership coaching, and training. Advise executive leadership, manage union contract administration and grievances, drive employee engagement and retention, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and legal compliance.

Coordinate and manage all event documentation and execution for hotel banquets and meetings. Liaise with sales, property departments and clients; create and finalize Banquet Event Orders; supervise and train banquet staff; solicit and confirm bookings; prepare forecasts, inventories and budgets; ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and compliance while driving upsells and meeting sales quotas.
