Lead client discovery, pilots, and adoption; represent customer needs to product and engineering; create client-facing resources and support sales/post-sales to drive sustained usage and product improvements.

Support and automate cloud infrastructure (primarily Azure) for insurance applications. Implement IaC, assist deployments, troubleshoot incidents, improve security controls, and maintain monitoring and documentation while collaborating with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead and grow a data science team to design, prototype, and productionize NLP/LLM systems for legal content. Set AI strategy, build evaluation and monitoring, drive RAG/agentic solutions, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure scalable, reliable deployment and responsible use of generative AI.
