Leads moderately sized technology operations projects for the Retirement Services business, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, stakeholders, requirements, and cross-functional teams. The role provides status reporting, coordinates internal and external partners, supports PMO methodologies, drives operational excellence, and facilitates organizational change and adoption.

Reviews and manages employee accommodation requests, evaluates medical documentation and job restrictions, facilitates the ADA interactive process, and coordinates with employees, healthcare providers, supervisors, HR, and vendors. The role maintains confidential health information, ensures HIPAA compliance, educates stakeholders on accommodations and return-to-work processes, tracks caseloads, documents decisions, and supports process improvements while staying current on applicable laws.

Responsible for selling and servicing group employee benefit products within an assigned territory. Develops broker relationships, achieves line-of-business sales goals, follows underwriting and administrative procedures, services policyholders and brokers, and supports regional sales office operations. Requires at least three years of group employee benefits sales experience, with travel of up to 50%.
