Serve as primary strategic advisor for assigned middle-market clients on benefits, leaves, ADA, and claims. Build relationships, lead renewals and upsell, coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve escalations, drive revenue growth, ensure contract compliance, mentor colleagues, and manage complex projects with advanced analytics and operational excellence.

The Absence Management Specialist manages claims between clients, employees, and healthcare providers while ensuring compliance with regulations and quality customer service.

Supervise and coach the LOA Systems team; plan and prioritize projects; ensure data integrity and efficient operation of Matrix leave systems. Manage client implementations and configurations, troubleshoot work orders, liaise with Sedgwick, test system enhancements, and develop training and rollout materials while adhering to FMLA and state leave laws.
