Teams at Relativity Space

Owns paint and thermal protection system manufacturing processes for the Terran R launch vehicle, from design release through installation. Responsibilities include developing build flows, sequencing assemblies, creating manufacturing bills of materials and work orders, authoring specifications, resolving shop-floor issues, and improving production lines. The role collaborates with engineering, reliability, supply chain, and external partners while supporting aerospace manufacturing process development and scalability.

Leads Relativity Space’s enterprise physical security organization and serves as Facility Security Officer. Owns facility clearances, DD254 management, DCSA relations, NISPOM and ICD 705 compliance, classified information protection, security operations, investigations, insider threat programs, access controls, and audit readiness. Builds security teams, manages guard services, establishes 24/7 operations, and advises executives and cross-functional partners on security strategy, risk, facilities, construction, and emergency response.

Assembles and tests Aeon-R rocket engine components, subassemblies, and engines. Performs precision cleaning, hydrostatic proof testing, pneumatic leak checks, flow testing, component assembly, and engine assembly. Reads work instructions and engineering drawings while supporting mechanical and electrical systems integration. The role also contributes to developing robust manufacturing processes, maintaining safety and quality standards, and improving production methods.
