Partners with Engineering leaders to align people strategy with business priorities. Advises on organizational design, workforce planning, performance, change management, and employee relations. Coaches leaders, supports high-performing teams, provides practical solutions to ambiguous organizational challenges, and communicates recommendations clearly. Uses business context and people analytics to identify trends and inform decisions.

Designs, verifies, synthesizes, brings up, and validates custom FPGA firmware and DSP pipelines for Relativity Space’s Terran R launch vehicle. Oversees FPGA development across the full product lifecycle, from concept through flight operations, including board bring-up, qualification, production, integration, and debugging. Requires expertise in digital communications, DSP, RTL development, high-speed data converter interfaces, FPGA toolchains, and mission-critical aerospace systems, along with strong cross-functional and project management skills.

Leads the strategy, organization, and delivery of avionics manufacturing for the Terran R program. Owns capacity planning, make-or-buy decisions, automation, production and test roadmaps, organizational development, volume ramp, quality, yield, and schedule performance. Partners with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to scale avionics hardware from development through high-rate production while managing risk, improving reliability and cycle time, and ensuring vehicle integration readiness.
