Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and business functions, partnering with G&A leaders to develop hiring strategies, source specialized talent, advise hiring managers, manage senior-level searches, negotiate offers, deliver strong candidate experiences, and maintain accurate recruiting data in Greenhouse.

Owns development, testing, and integration of GPS-based navigation avionics for a launch vehicle. Responsibilities include RF architecture, hardware bring-up, validation, debugging, qualification testing, antenna and communications systems, architectural trade studies, cross-functional integration, technical analysis, and mentoring engineers. The role supports critical navigation, telemetry, command, landing, recovery, and booster reuse systems.

Assembles, installs, tests, and documents aerospace flight hardware for Terran R thrust structures, including secondary structures, fluid systems, avionics, and engine installations. Collaborates with production, integration engineering, and quality teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Performs precision fastening, torqueing, bonding, testing, and tool operation while meeting strict quality standards and safely working in confined or physically demanding areas.
