Implement lean process improvements in a precision machining environment to reduce scrap and variation, develop/process-plan new and existing product launches, design fixtures and tooling, recommend equipment, document manufacturing technical data, drive cross-functional projects, and support supplier/internal customer interfaces to meet AS9100 quality standards.
