Leads end-to-end supply management across two manufacturing sites, overseeing sourcing, procurement, supplier performance, material availability, inventory optimization, cross-site flow, ERP data integrity, and continuous improvement. Manages supply risks, shortages, supplier recovery, working capital, compliance, and regulated aerospace requirements while developing teams, standard work, scorecards, and scalable operating processes.

Maintains general ledger records, prepares journal entries, performs account reconciliations, and supports month-end close and financial reporting. Analyzes manufacturing, inventory, labor, cost, and job order variances; supports cycle counts, standard cost updates, and excess and obsolete inventory reviews. The role also assists with accounts payable and receivable, audits, process improvements, documentation, and routine reporting for Finance and Operations.

Leads plant operations, site profit and loss, SQDCG performance, and talent engagement and development. This fully onsite role oversees manufacturing facility performance and workforce leadership at Regal Rexnord.
