Lead strategic sales for Managed Transportation: build and manage pipeline, develop GTM and land-and-expand strategies, negotiate and close complex contracts, meet revenue targets, collaborate cross-functionally, represent product as SME, and use Salesforce to manage opportunities. Travel to customers and partners as needed.

Lead connectivity product strategy and roadmap across EDI, APIs, RPA, and integration platforms. Assess current-state, streamline trading-partner onboarding, define KPIs, enable self-service onboarding with Engineering, build data-driven business cases, align cross-functional stakeholders, and modernize integration tooling for scalable, reliable connectivity.

Lead OTM implementations and solutions design, manage executive relationships and project escalations, oversee up to five direct reports and multiple projects, create to-be processes, perform audits to optimize Oracle Transportation Management, and develop analysis/tools to improve transportation planning. Role requires independent work and significant travel.

Lead North America modal performance for managed services by establishing procurement delivery across TL, LTL, intermodal, parcel and air. Define vendor KPIs, manage vendor performance and escalations, run QBRs, perform rate analysis and benchmarking, drive performance improvements, support customer reporting and hire/train a small team.

Configure and implement TMS solutions (MercuryGate, OTM, RedwoodConnect), design business processes, test and document integrations, train end users, perform functional audits, and support Managed Services client solutions to improve transportation planning and operational execution.

Lead data product strategy and governance for customer-facing reporting within Managed Services. Own reporting product roadmap, data quality, standards, delivery platforms (Redwood Insights, BI, Snowflake, Excel), implementation readiness, and cross-functional alignment to scale trusted, automated customer analytics and reduce manual reporting.

Lead and scale the alliances and channel organization to build strategic partnerships, joint go-to-market programs, and partner-sourced pipeline. Drive partner revenue goals, align GTM teams, manage budgets and KPIs, standardize reporting (e.g., Salesforce), and synchronize cross-functional execution while traveling up to 25%.

Lead a team of data engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, a Data Vault, data warehouses and marts. Own backlog, sprint planning, mentoring, stakeholder collaboration, data validation/monitoring, and platform improvements to deliver key metrics and data infrastructure across the business.
