Provide onsite VIP and executive end-user support in Santa Clarita: troubleshoot Windows/macOS/mobile devices, manage device lifecycle (imaging/rebuilds), support Intune/JAMF and SCCM/PXE workflows, administer Microsoft 365/Exchange Online, document in ServiceNow, perform onboarding/offboarding, printer support, and participate in on-call rotations.

Make outbound prospecting calls and use sales tools to identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for Account Executives. Manage inbound leads with marketing, meet monthly opportunity quotas, and use Outreach/ZoomInfo/LinkedIn to build pipeline and engage executives. Opportunity for growth into Account Executive roles.

Supports Microsoft-focused sales opportunities by conducting customer discovery, designing cloud, security, workplace, data, and AI solutions, and developing technical proposals, architectures, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements. Partners with account executives, Microsoft teams, and delivery organizations throughout the sales lifecycle. Presents to technical and executive stakeholders, supports procurement responses, and helps transition sold solutions to implementation. Travel may reach 50%, and U.S. citizenship is required.
