Lead and mentor an embedded software team building firmware and embedded Linux platforms for unmanned aerial systems. Drive architecture, Yocto/Linux kernel/device driver development, hardware bring-up, motor control integration, CI/CD, and cross-discipline integration with electrical, mechanical, systems, and flight test teams to deliver production-quality robotics/aerospace software.

The Quality Engineer develops and improves quality processes across aerospace product design, manufacturing, supplier management, integration, and delivery. Responsibilities include inspections, inspection plans, process validation, supplier qualification, root cause analysis, CAPA/RCCA, MRB activities, quality metrics, and QMS improvement under AS9100 and ISO 9001. The role partners with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and reduce variability. Domestic travel to supplier sites is required.

The Sr. NPI Manufacturing Engineer leads manufacturing process development for UAV systems in aerospace, ensuring manufacturability and quality while collaborating with cross-functional teams from design to production ramp.

Design, prototype, test, and integrate electromechanical systems for UAS platforms. Create production tools, manage engineering documentation and PDMS data, support NPI, perform FEA analyses, qualify vendors, and participate in flight testing and high-rate production readiness.

Provide hands-on onsite IT service desk support including workstation provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management with Intune, asset/inventory tracking, documentation, and escalation to senior IT staff while supporting multiple business divisions and occasional travel.

Lead end-to-end manufacturing for UAS production, overseeing production, planning, production control, flight operations, and NPI. Drive SIOP, capacity and resource planning, Lean continuous improvement, KPI/OEE monitoring, regulatory compliance (AS9100, ITAR/EAR, FAA), budgeting, staffing, and cross-functional alignment to scale manufacturing and ensure on-time customer deliveries.

Develop and validate test solutions for drone products, creating test procedures and fixtures, analyzing data, and collaborating with teams for quality assurance.

Design, build, and validate eVTOL drones and systems; collaborate cross-functionally; conduct testing and documentation in electrical engineering projects.

Lead the architecture, execution, and scaling of electrical and RF systems in UAS platforms, overseeing a multidisciplinary engineering team while ensuring performance and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

The Staff Software Engineer will design scalable software architectures for robotics, guide cross-functional integration, and establish engineering standards and practices for embedded systems.

The role involves optimizing and integrating high-performance communication systems for unmanned aircraft, including RF, networking, and antenna integration. Responsibilities include diagnosing performance issues, conducting field tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
