The Director of Strategic Accounts will manage complex B2B customer relationships, drive growth, close multimillion-dollar opportunities, and oversee seamless project implementation. The role develops customer engagement strategies with senior leadership, advocates for customer needs, uses data to optimize performance, and collaborates cross-functionally in a matrixed manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include account planning, executive reporting, demand generation, CRM usage, and applying Lean principles across industrial markets including aerospace, energy, medical, automation, and clean technology.

Leads commercial process excellence across sales, business development, and deal execution. Identifies process gaps, designs Lean-based workflows, deploys AI and automation, owns SOP governance, leads change management and role-specific training, monitors adoption and process drift, and maintains continuous improvement cadences. Partners with GTM leadership, market leaders, account managers, deal desk, and enterprise Lean teams to reduce manual effort and improve commercial effectiveness.

Develops and deploys AI-enabled IT automation across infrastructure, cloud, endpoints, applications, and operational workflows. Automates provisioning, patching, compliance, monitoring, remediation, deployments, asset management, financial processes, and cloud optimization using Python, APIs, infrastructure as code, AIOps, LLMs, and agent-based frameworks. The role also supports DevOps, creates documentation and runbooks, partners with security and operational teams, mentors colleagues, and drives enterprise-wide process improvement. This remote position requires 25% travel.
