Develops new business and manages long-term Realtor and joint venture partnerships for title and escrow services. Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative selling, client-specific business planning, pipeline and CRM management, meeting sales targets, presenting solutions, attending industry events, and advising clients on title and escrow products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements. The role requires quarterly regional travel and California-based title insurance sales experience.

Contracts Counsel will review and negotiate vendor and partner agreements, draft independent contractor and real estate transaction documents, and provide legal and regulatory guidance for brokerage, mortgage, and title operations. The role supports audits, marketing compliance, risk mitigation, and technology implementations while partnering with legal, operations, and product teams. Responsibilities also include advising on regulatory matters and managing assigned projects.

Leads accounting and controllership for Real’s Wallet and Mortgage businesses, overseeing close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, treasury, and regulatory compliance. Partners with product and business leaders to evaluate accounting impacts of new initiatives, support forecasting and profitability analysis, and establish reporting structures. Manages accounting staff, drives process improvements and automation, and advises senior leadership on financial performance and strategic decisions.
