Supports aerospace program finance through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, earned value reporting, EAC preparation, pricing estimates, and proposal cost development. Maintains cost and schedule baselines, develops WBS and work authorization documents, analyzes financial performance, and provides program leadership with reports on cost, schedule, sales, profit, cash, risks, and opportunities. Improves reporting processes, templates, and large-scale data analysis.

Leads financial analysis and program cost controls for aerospace programs, including baseline development, forecasts, EACs, AOP, LRP, SRO, earned value analysis, financial reporting, customer negotiations, and Gate 4 reviews. Supervises two direct reports, reviews financial deliverables, supports FP&A activities, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

Supports finance program cost controls across proposal costing, budgeting, forecasting, sales and earnings outlooks, billing projections, variance analysis, and financial reporting. The analyst will use SAP/APEX, Business Warehouse, and Rplan while gaining exposure to EAC processes, annual operating plans, program baselining, and budget creation. The role requires collaboration, organization, critical thinking, and the ability to learn new financial systems and processes.
