Supports financial management of defense programs through cost and schedule control, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, Estimates at Completion, and program performance reviews. Partners with program management, engineering, supply chain, contracts, and finance teams. Applies EVMS principles, monitors financial compliance, identifies risks and opportunities, and supports annual and five-year operating plan forecasts.

Supports financial management for the MRAD defense program, including earned value management, cost control, variance analysis, forecasting, EAC/LRE development, program log maintenance, funding plans, and financial reporting. Provides guidance to program managers, IPT leads, and cost account managers; reviews financial reports, presentations, and proposals; and presents insights to leadership while ensuring EVMS compliance and accurate program execution.

Leads program cost controls and financial analysis for a portfolio of aerospace and defense programs. Oversees baselines, EACs, forecasts, AOP, long-range planning, risk and opportunity analysis, program reviews, customer negotiation support, and financial reporting. Manages and mentors direct reports, ensures policy compliance, reviews work quality, presents financial data, and partners with program managers, supply chain, and other functional teams.
