Manage COMSEC operations including preparing/loading INE encryptors and secure voice devices, ordering and maintaining COMSEC equipment and keys, tracking supersessions, performing software upgrades, conducting inventories, compliance validations, and incident reporting/investigations, and submitting accounting reports to the NSA COR.

Lead cradle-to-grave contract management for the JPALS program: proposals, negotiations, administration, change management, invoicing coordination, compliance with FAR/DFARS/TINA, risk mitigation, audits, and contract closeout while partnering with legal, program management, and cross-functional teams.

Lead business development and capture for precision landing and airspace management products. Translate CONOPS and military tactics into actionable requirements, maintain customer insight, develop strategic growth opportunities, and engage senior stakeholders across program management, engineering, and DoD customers in a hybrid role.
