Manages online billing and accounts receivable collections, including invoice submission, customer follow-up, delinquent account resolution, credit and payment processing, reconciliation, dispute escalation, database maintenance, and collection-status reporting. Communicates with customers and internal departments to resolve billing obstacles and ensure timely payment. Handles high volumes of calls and emails while following documented collection procedures with minimal supervision.

Manages lease and usage contract lifecycles, including expirations, renewals, equipment returns, ERP inventory records, utilization analysis, and residual lease approvals. The role prepares contract reports, coordinates with account teams and internal departments, supports equipment logistics, and recommends contract or asset changes. Strong attention to detail, communication, Excel proficiency, contract interpretation, and deadline management are required.

Perform general accounting functions, including monthly general ledger reconciliations, subsidiary account reconciliation, journal entries, month-end closing activities, bank analysis, and accounting support. The role interfaces with customers, vendors, employees, and internal departments, maintains accounting records, prepares reports, and supports special finance projects with minimal supervision.
