The Project Engineer will design installation drawings using AutoCAD, assist with construction permits, and collaborate with sales and project management teams.

Lead engineering for complex material handling system proposals and projects from award through installation and aftercare. Define workflows, schedules, acceptance tests, procurements, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and controls/WMS/WCS integration. Troubleshoot issues, mitigate scope/schedule/cost risks, and ensure code and site compliance.

Manage end-to-end storage and automation projects including scheduling, vendor/customer communication, permitting, material and PO coordination, site visits, installation oversight, commissioning, change order and cost management, and final invoicing while protecting project margins and ensuring safety and customer acceptance.

Process and close service work orders daily, ensure accurate billing and WIP maintenance, enter purchase orders, prioritize and resolve aging work orders, and work with accounting on credits and invoice disputes. Ensure scheduled maintenance orders are closed before month end and route skips/cancels appropriately.

Provide technical application support for warehouse automation systems including software/controls design, installation, testing, training, field support, WMS/WCS integration, and project coordination for AS/RS, AGV, PIT, and related materials handling equipment.

Sell Raymond West warehouse solutions within an assigned territory, maintain accurate customer and equipment records, build client relationships, meet sales and profit targets, provide excellent customer service, and perform local field visits.

Manage and optimize the CRM, assign and monitor leads, maintain data accuracy, support marketing campaigns, develop materials and presentations, assist with events and invoices, provide CRM training, and perform CRM admin tasks to drive engagement, retention, and growth.

Support development and administration of EHS programs, manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work processes, conduct safety inspections and JSAs, maintain OSHA logs, SDS and training records, prepare incident reports and compliance data, assist EHS Manager, and support continuous improvement and training initiatives across warehouse and industrial sites.

The Principal Controls Engineer will design automation solutions for material handling systems, program PLCs, and ensure system integration while leading projects and providing technical support.

The Implementation Specialist at Raymond West will install software, train customers on hardware/software, and provide ongoing support. Responsibilities include liaising with sales and clients, and conducting web-based training.
