Raymond West is looking for a dynamic Talent & Development Learning Coordinator to join our Training team! The Talent & Development Learning Coordinator provides training and administrative support for the training function. The position responsibilities include the planning, organizing, scheduling, tracking, and reporting of all training activities. This position will interface with both internal and external customers and be responsible for training quotes and tracking revenue goals. The coordinator tracks and manages training tracking through Learning Management System, maintains training records and conducts data entry, data analysis, and creates training reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties and responsibilities will vary with the specific position. Typical responsibilities are listed below. This list is not inclusive.
- Coordinate activities for training events including scheduling training rooms, sending notifications, scheduling attendees and trainers, creating and preparing course materials. Coordinate snacks and meals for participants as needed.
- Communicate regularly with trainees, trainers, and leadership team members.
- Prepare and track training quotes for customers, obtain customer approvals and follow up on leads as appropriate.
- Complete billing and tracking of monthly revenue to goals for customer training.
- Track training schedule and maintain schedule oversight and assist field trainers with scheduling customer classes.
- Handle logistics for training activities including supplies, equipment, and venues.
- Manage training tracking, maintaining training records and documentation according to applicable internal and external requirements. (LMS)
- Perform data entry to record, plan and schedule training using Learning Management System or other systems as applicable.
- Update LMS as needed including assigning curriculum, adding, and deleting new courses, etc.
- Create and distribute training certificates and operator cards.
- Record, track and manage all required training and certifications that are completed and manage all recertification dates/scheduling for both internal and external customers.
- Schedule annual required safety training.
- Compile, analyze, and organize training data and reports.
- Follow-up on issues and actions to ensure that they are completed and that the issues are addressed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Organizational Time Management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers in other departments.
- Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required.
- Experience with learning management solutions and/or the use of databases to support training and skill progression if highly preferred.
- Self-motivated to take the initiative to find solutions.
- Demonstrated Time and Project management experience required.
- Skilled at multi-tasking and prioritizing responsibilities and deliverables.
- Requires customer orientation, commitment to flawless execution and detail orientation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to follow defined processes, work independently or as a team with minimal oversight.
- Ability to identify areas for continuous improvement in the work environment and processes.
Education/Experience:
Minimum Education and Experience: Determined by position.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- AA, AS, or Administrative Certification preferred.
- Advanced/Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Products
- 1+ year of experience in an LMS systems, experience managing a Learning Management System preferred.
Travel Requirement:
- 5% (2 1/2 hours a week)

Pay Range:
- The hourly range for this position is $22.98-$34.28. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location.
Qualified candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
