The Financial Advisor Trainee participates in the Advisory Mastery Program to develop skills for client relationship management, investment advising, and achieving production targets, while obtaining necessary financial licenses.

Manage and deepen client relationships for a wealth management firm: handle day-to-day requests, enter trades and rebalances, prepare financial reports and meeting materials, maintain CRM records, support marketing and training, and ensure compliance with firm and regulatory policies.

The Financial Advisor Trainee learns to build a financial advisory practice through training and mentorship while managing client relationships and meeting production targets.
