The Senior Backend Engineer will lead the development of backend services, collaborate with teams, and ensure scalable, user-focused solutions while leveraging modern software practices.

Maintain and evolve the Figma design system, produce detailed specs, assist senior designers with flows and assets, audit components for consistency, collaborate with engineers, and promote accessibility and scalable UI patterns.

Lead technical direction for Internal Tools, designing and building end-to-end front-end and back-end systems. Implement recommendation, ranking, and search capabilities, reduce technical debt with refactors, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and ensure secure admin interfaces and reusable tooling.
